 CritiCall Version 5.0 is Here!
We are pleased to announce that CritiCall version 5.0 has arrived. This new release includes a strong mix of new tests, new administrative features, new applicant features and new scoring reports.

Major CritiCall software enhancements include:

Graphical Score Report – allows you, as the administrator, to review a graphical representation of your applicants’ test results – including how they have scored in relation to your established cutoff scores. At a glance you can readily know which of your applicants should advance to the next step in the hiring process! |

Video Test Instructions – Instructions are currently offered in audio, and text format. A narrated video instruction is now optionally available. |

Overall Score Export – You can now export T-Scores and overall scores shown on the Overall Score Report screen. |

Alpha-Numeric ID’s – Alpha only, numeric only, or alpha-numeric combination options are now available as ID types for your candidates. |

Windows Vista/7 Support – CritiCall version 5.0 is compatible with Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Vista, as well as previous versions of Windows operating systems. |

New test: Data Entry Audio MT (Multitasking) French – A French-language version of the Data Entry Audio MT test. |

New test: Call Summarization 2 MT (Multitasking) French – A French-language version of the Call Summarization 2 MT test. |
 CritiCall's New Graphical Score Reports
CritiCall's new graphical score reports allow test administrators to see -- at a glance -- which of their applicants should advance to the next phase of their recruitment.
Administrators can view all applicants, or only those applicants who passed every test. The cutoff score is graphically represented at the top and bottom of the chart for easy review of the results.
