CritiCall is offering a time-tested pre-employment personality test designed to gauge a dispatcher or calltaker job applicant's fit before you hire them. The CritiCall Personality test is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory, which has a successful 25-year track record in predicting employee performance and helping employers improve their bottom-line results by examining job applicants' fundamental personality traits, such as conscientiousness, agreeableness, emotional stability, and so on. Under a unique agreement with Hogan Assessments, we are the only company that can offer this version of the test that has been specifically validated for public safety telecommunicators. The test is administered "online" via the Internet and is simple to use.
